As an Automotive Sales Professional your job is to connect with guests and help them purchase their dream car. Youll do this by meeting with guests to understand their needs make vehicle recommendations and help them navigate the sales process.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and convert them into customers by understanding their needs and interests and making vehicle recommendations suited for their lifestyle.
  • Demonstrate vehicles highlighting appealing technology and features and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Educate customers on warranties the purchase process and financing options.
  • Stay uptodate on vehicle inventory product options and vehicle technology to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the customer and follow up after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Work with prospective customers online and over the phone to provide general information and schedule showroom appointments.
  • Track sales lead activities in the CRM daily and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • A welcoming and friendly demeanor to make a positive impression on guests.
  • Exceptional customer service skills including communication active listening and rapport building.
  • Ability to think from the customers perspective to understand and overcome objections.
  • Persuasiveness coupled with strong negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy the customer and dealership goals.
  • Technology proficiency to adapt to evolving vehicle technology and dealership software.
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are looking for flexible candidates to work various shifts including days evenings and Saturdays. We are open Monday Friday from 8AM to 9PM Saturday from 8AM to 8PM and closed on Sundays. This is an onsite position at the dealership located in Phoenix AZ.
