As our Brand Activation Manager youll have the freedom to:
- Transform our brand values into unforgettable experiences through strategic planning and of global consumerfacing events including activations at UTMB trail races and community initiatives.
- Orchestrate powerful partnerships with organizations like SwissSki Mountain Bike Racing Team and Thmus ensuring maximum brand impact and consistent representation.
- Nurture and leverage our athlete portfolio to maintain authentic brand validation through strategic appearances content creation and community engagement.
- Drive creative concepts that showcase our premium positioning and technological innovations across all touchpoints.
- Manage budgets timelines and resources with precision while measuring success and ROI through datadriven analysis.
- Collaborate dynamically with marketing sales and product teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all activation channels.
- Lead and inspire internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional brand experiences that resonate with our target audience.
To thrive in this role bring along:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Sports Management or related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in brand marketing sports marketing or event management preferably in the outdoor sports or performance apparel industry.
- Exceptional project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to execute flawlessly in fastpaced environments.
- Strong strategic mindset paired with handson skills and creative problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding talents for managing partnerships athletes and crossfunctional teams.
- Datadriven approach to measuring impact and optimizing brand activation strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Professional fluency in English; German and additional language skills are a plus.
- Genuine passion for outdoor sports and active living that aligns with our brand DNA.
