You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role is responsible for overseeing the onsite operations of all Mobile Tool Trailers within our division. Overseeing the daily operations of a tool trailer ensuring efficient tool management safety compliance and effective inventory control while also managing staff and processes.
Managing all aspects of personnel including hiring retention terminations and attendance.
Ensuring adequate shift coverage throughout each job.
Vetting onsite safety requirements and assisting with the badging process for staff to gain site access.
Coordinating directly with the client and facility to ensure seamless operations whileonsite.
Example tasks include powering the trailer setting up scaffolding for entry and mobilizing/demobilizing trailers.
Ensuring proper cost allocation for each job.
Conducting prejob meetings and fulfilling postjob requirements.
Assisting with other duties as assigned
Must have a valid drivers license (position includes a company vehicle).
Must hold a current TWIC Card.
Must have a clean background (no criminal history).
Must be able to pass various safety screenings based on sitespecific requirements.
Must be willing to travel 75 travel required). Nationwide projects.
Previous project management experience preferred.
Experience managing multiple jobs and crews simultaneously is strongly preferred.
Education and Experience:
Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
Knowledge of different types of tools and equipment.
Must be able to drive and maintain a valid drivers license
Must be able to lift a minimum of 90 lbs
May be subjected to extreme outside temperatures while helping customers withequipment
May be required to stand or drive for long periods of time
Tool Trailer Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement
This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent onpassing a 10 panel drug screen
