As a Barback you will be the backbone of the bar team ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve guests quickly and efficiently. Youll be responsilbe for restocking supplies cleaning and maintaining an organized bar area. This is th eideal role for someone who thrives in a highvolume fastpaced environment and is eager to support a busy team.

Resposibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking glassware garnishes ice and alcohol
• Keep bar area clean organized and free of clutter
• Collect and clean empty glassware form the bar and seating areas
• Assist with keg changes bottle restocking and maintaining bars inventory
• Perform basic bar setup and breakdown duties before and after service
• Help bartenders with any additional tasks to keep service running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bar back or in a simular role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in fastpaced highpressure environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and boxes of supplies
• Available to work flexible hours nights weekends and holidays
• Positive and teamorientedattitude
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move swiftly through a crowded environment
