- Compensation: $25 $40 flat rate with tier bonus programs weekly

Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership in a highly professional timely manner
- Test drive vehicles and accurately test components and systems using specific diagnostic tools and specialty electronics service equipment
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems and computer modules
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional maintenance or service recommendations are needed
- Provide estimates of projected time needed for additional repairs and discuss future repairs that may evolve after inspecting vehicles.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications with detailed description and proper documentation and coding
Service Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
- State Inspection and Emissions licenses
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance with high attention to detail
- Fast eager learner and team player with good professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Responsible with customers vehicle and clean driving record with a valid drivers license
- attentive to surroundings and perceptive to possible vehicle issues that can be detected
