Product Definition Analyst / BA
409pd 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35
Hybrid working in Hounslow 50/50 split)
Overview
Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for a new contract opportunity in Hounslow We are currently assisting in recruiting a contract Product Definition Analyst / Business Analyst to join our clients team and collaborate closely with the Product Owner developers and testers to present solutions and provide support during their validation phase.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and reviewing/clarifying requirements from the Product Owner/customer
- Translating user stories/design into functionality
- Delivering detailed solutions aligned with the product vision
- Identifying interactions and assessing impacts with other products/solutions
- Troubleshooting and investigating defects raised by customers
- Analyzing needs and proposing functional/technical solution recommendations
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Continuously monitoring the performance of delivered solutions and optimizing them for better efficiency and user satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in the Travel IT industry is a plus
- Understanding of designing building and operating largescale complex systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with other teams on a daily basis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Postsecondary degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Daytoday
- Interacting with Product Owners Software Engineers and Quality Assurance
- Troubleshooting and investigating defects raised by customers
- Providing functional knowledge for Sales Account Management Development and Support requests
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products and enhancements
