About the Opportunity
A nursing clinical instructor plays a crucial role in the education and training of nursing students. Their primary responsibility is to facilitate the clinical learning experiences of nursing students and ensure that they develop the knowledge skills and competencies required to become competent and safe nurses. Responsibilities include educating evaluating supervising mentoring and professional role modeling.
Requirements to teach a clinical course include a minimum of a Masters Degree in Nursing a minimum of two years relevant professional nursing experience and a current Massachusetts RN license.
Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
Start dates: May September and January.
Seeking applicants with significant career accomplishments within subject area and college teaching experience in a large diverse higher education institution.
