Job Description

Cordia Resources is seeking a detailoriented Payroll and Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is responsible for processing payroll addressing employee payroll inquiries and handling cash receipt posting. The ideal candidate has experience in payroll processing and cash receipt posting with Paylocity experience being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and benefits.
Post cash receipts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Maintain payroll and accounts receivable records in compliance with company policies.
Assist with payrollrelated reporting and reconciliations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and receivables discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:
Required: Experience in payroll processing.
Required: Experience in cash receipt posting.
Preferred: Experience with Paylocity.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in accounting or payroll software is a plus.
