Job Overview
We are seeking a midlevel Electrical Supervisor Project to join our team on a fulltime basis. The position is based in Delhi Noida and Greater Noida perfect for seasoned professionals with 4 to 6 years of work experience in the field. This role involves overseeing electrical projects ensuring timely completion within budget and adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Team Leadership (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage guide and lead a team of electricians and technicians efficiently.
- Project Planning (Mandatory skill): Proficient in developing project plans schedules and ensuring resources are effectively utilized.
- Technical Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Indepth understanding of electrical systems installations and automated systems.
- Electrical Systems Management: Expertise in managing electrical systems from installation to maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and solving issues related to electrical systems and installations.
- Safety Regulations Compliance: Thorough understanding of safety standards and ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets ensuring costefficiency without compromising quality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules allocating resources appropriately.
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians providing guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all electrical installations and procedures comply with established safety regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems during and after installation.
- Maintain effective communication with clients project managers and team members to ensure smooth project .
- Manage project budgets ensuring costeffective solutions without compromising on quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
