We are seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Graduate Programme at Marsh. This role will be based in Milan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
Depending on the job rotation youll be involved in activities such as:
Relationship management: Support Senior Colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions understanding client risks and managing current accounts;
Insurance coverage: Identify evaluate and negotiate insurancecarrier coverage policies to meet client needs. Develop a deep understanding of insurance markets and analyticsbased programs;
Risk management: Contribute to a variety of riskconsulting projects evaluating exposures and developing risk management solutions for clients;
Growth strategies: Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;
Placement solutions: Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
What you need to have:
University Degree: Economics (Management Finance Risk Management etc. Law Political Sciences Management Engineering Degree or similar;
Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English;
IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint);
Additional Skills: Strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management extracurricular activities selfmotivation goalorientation problemsolving mindset and ability to work well in a team.
