Job Description
Are you a skilled contract and fleet management professional looking for your next challenge Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is seeking a Contract Managerto oversee the efficient management of our fleet equipment and material supply contracts.
In this role youll ensure fleet compliance driver eligibility and vehicle performance while managing risks and delivering value for money across contracts. Youll also maintain the Plant and Equipment Asset Register oversee procurement and disposal processes and ensure robust reporting on vehicle performance insurance claims and materials supply.
Were looking for someone with:
- Experience in fleet management and contract performance oversight
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to drive efficiencies
- Risk management expertise to ensure compliance and safety
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Line management experience supporting team development
