Roles and Responsibilities
- Work from Office role
- Source screen and recruit candidates by using job portals databases social media etc
- Draft recruitment matters for job posting on appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges etc
- Assess the applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Branding of the Company amongst prospective candidates
- Act as a point of contact and maintain a good repo with the candidate during the selection process
- Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
- Provide analytical and welldocumented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capable to handle elementary to midlevel profiles
- Proactive Energetic and never give up attitude
- Should have a Learning Attitude
- Able to meet given deadlines
- Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office advanced excel PPTs etc.
- Excellent coordination skills with sa ense of ownership
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM/MMS
- 7000 to 10000 Stipend
- Prior experience in similar role will be an added advantage
