Job Description
Are you a detailoriented and proactive Paralegal looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic fullservice law firm Located in Bothell WA our firm serves a diverse clientele. We are seeking a fulltime Litigation Paralegal with at least 34 years of Superior Court and/or Federal Court experience to join our team.

- Competitive hourly rate: $30.00 $42.00 dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
As a Litigation Paralegal you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Key duties include:
- Drafting complaints answers motions orders and discovery documents for attorney review.
- Managing discovery processes including tracking produced and received documents.
- Preparing deposition notebooks master chronologies motion exhibits and trial materials.
- Coordinating docketing scheduling and filing court documents (including eFiling).
- Maintaining litigation checklists and monitoring deadlines.
- Conducting legal research and assisting with trial preparation.
Technology Skills
To succeed in this role you should be proficient in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word expertise required).
- Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with PracticeMaster/TABS is preferred.

Qualifications
To excel in this position:
- You must have at least 34 years of experience in Superior or Federal Court litigation.
- Knowledge of court procedures and local rules is essential.
- A certification or degree in paralegal studies is preferred.
