Job Description
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university Experience coaching basketball at the collegiate level or higher Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations including recruiting and eligibility Experience recruiting studentathletes with the ability to succeed on and off the field Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and connect with studentathletes and assistant coaches Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
An advanced degree from an accredited college or university 7 years or more of coaching basketball at the collegiate level or higher Strong recruitment connections in the Midwest Evidence of the ability to form strong relationships with administration and other relevant units in the University Evidence of external relations and fundraising experience
