What you can offer as an English ECT
- 2:1 (or above) in a Bachelors in English or another related subject
- PGCE/QTS in English
- Inspire pupils as an English ECT in the subject to create independent thinkers
- Able to plan and deliver engaging and thoughtprovoking lessons daily
