We are looking to recruit Locum Support Workers at St Martins to provide flexible cover across our Services:
Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub Our Hub that provides a safe place to stay for a person who is already sleeping rough has a history of rough sleeping or at imminent risk of rough sleeping.
Bishopbridge House Our 30bed direct access hostel. The hostel aims to provide an effective life skills and resettlement service for single homeless people.
Dibden Road Our 23 bed hostel. The hostel aims to support men at risk of social exclusion who are aged 18 and above to establish their housing pathway into independent living.
St Martins House is a 23bed hostel which will provide second stage accommodation for people who want to take the next step towards independent living.
Webster Court is a twostorey block design consisting of 33 apartments providing housing and care for people aged over 50 many of whom are physically frail and have mental health issues such as dementia and experienced homelessness at some point in their lives.
Highwater House a 22 bed residential care home providing care and support for adults with mental health and substance misuse issues. The focus is on delivering Trauma Informed Care (TIC) in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).
Community Housing to work at the community housing service providing 1 1 support to individuals accommodated there in accordance with their support and action plan in order to promote independent living and move on.
Pathways Outreach our outreach service that determines whether or not someone is appropriately accommodated and if not develop a support pathway plan that firstly addresses their immediate future.
Pathways Projects supporting clients in properties in the community which aims to provide effective life skills.
