Overview
NaphCare is hiring an Optometrist Contractor just like you to join our team at the FCC Terre Haute located in Indiana.
**Onsite frequency twice a week**

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Optometrist:
- Perform vision tests to detect vision problems injuries and diseases.
- Prescribe fit and adjust eye glasses contact lens and other visual aids.
- Evaluate patients for diseases and conditions (diabetes or high blood pressure).
- Prescribe medication to treat visual or eye issues.
- Recommend appropriate care and followup.
Qualifications
Qualifications for Optometrist:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
- Current unrestricted optometry license in Indiana
- Current DEA license
- Current BLS card
