About the position:
The Director of Corporate Development and M&A will play a pivotal role in Maroposts growth journey. This highly skilled individual will partner with the executive team to execute M&A transactions and lead corporate development initiatives utilizing their knowledge of the SaaS industry M&A pipeline development managing external relationships and evaluation and of new market opportunities. We are looking for a growthoriented individual with a bias for action and success.
What Youll be Responsible for
- Collaborate with Maropost Leadership in the translation of business strategy into Corporate Development and M&A goals.
- Identify evaluate and conduct possible acquisitions to support Maroposts growth plan.
- Collaborate with company executives before during and after the M&A processes to make sure agreements make strategic sense align with the longterm business strategies and ensure integration is seamless and fully optimized.
- Leading and conducting due diligence on all aspects of the targets business (financial strategic product GTM etc...
- Assist with all M& A operations including general transaction and analytical support such as preparing presentation materials deal summaries reviewing contractual agreements and collaboration with legal.
- Prepare M&A proposals and supporting documentation.
What Youll need to bring to Maropost
- Masters degree in business or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in corporate development in a global SaaS business (assisting in the of M&A transactions) corporate finance investment banking or strategy consulting.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to organize and oversee intricate cross enterprise initiatives with international outreach.
- Multitasker with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic team environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving.
- Teamwork focused who can work collaboratively.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills to effectively communicate.
