Our client is seeking a Business Support Specialist to join its team. The Business Support Specialist will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and implementation of business processes procurement support and other businessrelated activities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth running of business operations. The Business Support Specialist will report to the Director and will be responsible for providing support to the business development team.
Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic direction and implementation of business processes procurement support and other businessrelated activities.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth running of business operations.
Provide support to the business development team.
Evaluate processes within the various departments offices and multiple locations.
Perform a wide range of tasks duties and assignments to support highly complex business operations.
Gain trust by both employees and employer to work as a liaison and find solutions to problems and concerns while maintaining important confidential information.
Design Robotic Process Automation (RPA/RDA) process orientation/requirements (BRD) and work with the Solution team.
Oversee the integration and management of the CMMS software and provide technical assistance for the CMMS.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in business support procurement and business development.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Knowledge of business processes and procurement support.
Experience working with confidential information.
Ability to design Robotic Process Automation (RPA/RDA) and process orientation/requirements (BRD).
Experience with CMMS software.
