Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions focusing on language model development.
- Finetune existing language models to enhance performance accuracy and responsiveness.
- Design and implement effective language chains for seamless integration into various applications.
- Explore and employ advanced Instruct and Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize model outputs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI particularly in the field of language models.
- Debug and troubleshoot AI models ensuring robustness and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and finetuning Generative AI language models.
- Strong understanding of language chains and their impact on model performance.
- Familiarity with Instruct and Prompt Engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g. Python TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a keen eye for detail in AI model development.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of evolving AI technologies.
