As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Shepherd Center you will be part of an amazing team committed to helping people with a temporary or permanent disability caused by injury or disease rebuild their lives with hope independence and dignity. Our nursing model combines relationshipbased care with an evidencebased clinical approach. This allows for a stronger connection between patient and nurse and promotes individualized care that helps patients achieve their best outcomes.
You will work on a multidisciplinary team and be empowered to advocate for your patients. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients who have a 51day average length of stay.

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program from an accredited college or university
- New graduates of a nursing program are eligible
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Active Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
