First line employee to greet and interact with customers by operating the telephone switchboard. Provide professional customer and personal service by analyzing and addressing customer concerns using established procedures to answer screen and appropriately forward all calls.

While performing the duties of the job the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands and fingers to type on keyboard alternate sitting and standing at will. Ability to communicate effectively speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the telephone visual acuity to read words and numbers sufficient hand arm and finger dexterity to operate keyboard and other office equipment. Occasionally required to lift and carry boxes up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment primarily requires the employee to work inside in a climate controlled administrative office setting and dress appropriately as set by the GLOCK company policies. Work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation and may be asked to work overtime and weekends when needed to reach deadlines and for special programs or company events.
