Sales Representative Agricultural & Turf Equipment
Location: Reese Bad Axe Caro Lapeer Marlette
Type of Employment: FullTime

Are you passionate about agriculture machinery and helping customers find the right solutions We are looking for a motivated and customerfocused Sales Representative to join a reputable agricultural and turf equipment provider. Purpose:
Sell new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers within a defined sales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Face of the Company Build strong relationships with customers and promote equipment solutions.
  • Stay Knowledgeable Maintain expertise in all equipment features benefits and financing options.
  • Monitor the Market Keep track of competitor activities and share insights with management.
  • Manage Customer Relationships Maintain accurate customer records for effective sales management.
  • Follow the Sales Process Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Demonstrate Excellence Conduct field demonstrations to showcase equipment capabilities.
  • Understand Customer Needs Stay informed about industry trends and communicate insights to management.
  • Support Financing Assist customers in securing the best financing options.
  • Learn & Grow Attend sales training events and seminars to sharpen your skills.
  • Evaluate Used Equipment (if applicable) Stay updated on used equipment values and provide accurate tradein assessments.

What Youll Bring:

  • Experience: 1 years of equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices is a plus.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internet tools.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Focus: Strong relationshipbuilding and customer service skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
