What are our challenges
- Scale: Our business is on a significant growth trajectory. This means that our tech has to follow suit. You can be expected to work on optimising our architecture and tech enabling global level of workloads and solving major complex scalability problems
- Breadth: We are on a constant mission of expanding our product line. You will be working on enabling the latest and most innovative payment methods using cuttingedge APIs and infrastructure of companies such as Google Apple and Amazon
- Depth: We are a tech company. As we grow we are constantly reevaluating our tech stack and refactor our codebase. We are on a constant mission to refactor and optimise our existing codebase
What you will be doing:
- Work with a wide range of systems both in house and external interfaces
- Be exposed to and learn about the unique world of payments and learn the APIs and functionality of significant Payment Schemes like Visa and MasterCard
- Work with your team learn from them and share your knowledge
- Understand the latest cloudbased technologies including full Agile Automated CI/CD and testing
- Create new products that positively impact almost every person who buys or sells via ecommerce in Greece
- Collaborate across different departments including SRE Product Sales Compliance AML and Operations
- Research and develop new products poised to help marketplaces and merchants grow
- Grow yourself: we will sponsor Learning & Development opportunities for our talented staff
- Responsible for the backbone of our core platform
- Run many projects and expose yourself to the full spectrum of functionality our company offers. For example you can expect to work on Front End systems used by our clients design APIs build regulatory requirements or combat online fraud
Our Stack:

What will you need to succeed:
- 3 years of experience in developing systems in a product company
- A finance and payments background is a plus but not a musthave
- Familiarity with the specifics of our tech stack is not an issue; our team will coach you we want you to succeed!
- Be creative openminded and commercially driven
- You thrive in teambased environments and can cooperate with stakeholders from all departments and levels of the organisation
- Have high levels of user empathy and care for improving customer experience
- Take pride in being an Engineer and apply your skills in a multitude of problems spanning across multiple verticals
