JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Role: Territory Sales Associate
Grade: Associate
Department: Sales
Reports to: ASM
Location: Hyderabad
Subordinates: Individual Contributors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving assigned sales targets and monitoring customer feedback.
- Market Visit: For taking product feedback Promotion Market intelligence
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary billing.
- Identify market product gap and work with Product team
- Evaluate promotional scheme / Merchandising scheme
- Promoting new product categories in assigned territory
- Generate orders undertake collection of dues and take active part in sales promotion campaigns
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably Graduate from BBA/BCOM
- 01 years of experience in Sales
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Ready to Travel across allocated location
- Proficient in regional language with good communication skills
