The Essentia Primary Care Physician is the leader of a Care Team working collaboratively with all team members; MDs NPs PAs RNs LPNs and ancillary staff to make a difference for every patient every time. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes the physician works to improve overall health of the patients by providing acute chronic and preventive healthcare to our communities.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Full time is 3236 patient contact hours a week seeing average of 1620 patients per day.
- Access to numerous Medical/Surgical specialties locally within Essentia Health network.

REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
LOCATION
- Central North Dakota. Bismarck is the secondmost populous city in the state after Fargo.
- Bismarck/Mandan population: 133626 based on the 2020 census.
- Bismarck is ranked by Forbes magazine as the seventh fastestgrowing small city in the United States.
- Situated on the eastern bank of the Missouri River Bismarck is a safe and familyfriendly city with an active downtown great schools and numerous community activities.
COMPENSATION
- $300317. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
