EMBS Engineering has been retained exclusively by one of the most prestigious clients to identify a Quality Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.
Our client is a marketleading globally recognised manufacturing specialist that provides cuttingedge solutions for the design manufacture and maintenance of safetycritical components. As a Quality Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring manufacturing excellence. Working closely with the Head of Quality and Head of Manufacturing you will lead the charge in reducing nonconformities enhancing processes and integrating stateoftheart technology into our quality control systems. Youll manage a dedicated Operational Quality Team oversee inspections and foster collaboration between quality engineering and manufacturing teams.

Whats the role
As a Quality Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Assurance Implement and maintain quality standards to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Process Improvements Enhance key manufacturing processes including Goods Inward Production Control and NonConformity Management.
- Manage & Develop Teams Lead the Inspection department coach team members and introduce training initiatives.
- Advance Technology Leverage hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in quality control.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration Act as a key quality representative in production meetings and drive alignment across teams.
- Continuous Improvement Monitor KPIs conduct audits and implement Lean/Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency.
Person Specification:
- Performed a Quality Manager / Lead position within an advanced manufacturing or precision engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and root cause analysis
- Experience with quality management systems and process audits
- A proactive leader with strong analytical problemsolving and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
