The Baylor University One Stop team is seeking a One Stop Representative to join the Enrollment Management team. In this role you will work with prospective and current students and their families to answer counsel and advise on all educational questions related to admissions financial aid and payment processes. This position is important to Baylors enrollment goals as assisting incoming and continuing students with their financial aid and billing questions will help retain students year over year as they progress towards graduation. By utilizing available resources and providing exemplary customer service via phone email and inperson visits the One Stop Representative fills an important role within the division of Enrollment Management.
A bachelors degree less than one year of relevant experience are required. Up to three years of relevant experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Successful candidates will have the following knowledge skills and abilities:
Multiple seats are open with an option for either inperson or fully remote work.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a FullTime basis.

The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
The full salary range for this position classification is $14.35 $23.67 per hour.
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience skills knowledge abilities education licensure and certification analysis of internal equity and other business and organizational needs.
