Exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to support the SVP Sales in this fast growing global company.
This role will start in JUNE 2025
What youll do
- Extensive and proactive diary management working across many time zones. This includes arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Confirmation of meetings is important and a reminder on who is attending and what the agenda is to ensure efficiency.
- Acting as a gatekeeper of the SVPs diary working with the other EAs to coordinate diaries.
- Coordinating complex international business travel arranging transfers/hotels/taxis etc.. taking into consideration time zones.
- Coordinating and attending quarterly business review meetings to include venue sourcing producing the agenda and detailed itineraries liaising with 3rd parties booking dinners and entertainment this will involve some travel abroad for up to 3 days at a time.
- Arranging necessary lunch and dinner appointments.
- Fielding and management of phone calls & emails responding to emails as and when needed.
- Collating regular expense reports and ensuring timely submission
- Raising POs and ensuring invoices are not getting held up in Yardi.
- To arrange monthly AllHands calls for EMEA Sales build the agenda coordinate the speakers put together the PowerPoint Presentation and ensure speakers keep to time.
- To arrange quarterly AllHands calls for Global Marketing build the agenda coordinate speakers put together the PowerPoint Presentation and ensure speakers keep to time.
- Producing updating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
- Draft review and send communications on behalf of Sales Executive.
- Ad hoc admin duties to assist the Marketing team as required.

- Flexibility with regards to out of hours availability to be able to deal with last minute schedule changes/travel
