An internet sales representative primarily focuses on customer outreach and lead generation. Handling inbound and outbound calls. Transferring calls to where they need to be scheduling appointments and following up with potential customers to move them through a sales funnel. Inbound/outbound calls: handling phone inquiries responding to online requests and making outbound calls to qualified leadsAppointment scheduling : scheduling sales appointments for our sales teamLead qualification : identifying and qualifying potential customers based on their needs and interestsRequired skillsCustomer communicationMust provide excellent customer service skills and be able to build rapport with customersPossessing a good understanding of the dealerships inventory and services (or being able to use a computer)Following up correctly with customers to ensure they are satisfied and to move them towards a purchase.
