Responsibilities: Manage overall planning direction and oversight of contract efforts. Hire supervise and mentor contract staff; serve as primary interface with Government customers; establish and control contract milestones; ensure delivery of quality products and services; and develop contract reports briefs and deliverables.
Education: BA/BS from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in Business or Technical field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Experience: Fifteen 15 years of professional experience in program/project management; excellent writing skills; ability to understand and analyze financial data; and outstanding interpersonal skills are all required.
Other: Proposal development skills are desired. An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
