Evaluates directs plans and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.Job Duties:
