We are looking forresponsible selfstarters with excellent diagnostic troubleshooting and repairskills to work on a full range of commercial HVAC equipment. In addition to being an excellent technicianyou must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner have a positiveattitude are a good team player are eager to learn and share your knowledgeand mentor younger techs.

EssentialDuties:

• Troubleshoot and service large buildingsystems and controls including VAVs VRFs water source heat pumps computerrooms cooling towers boilers and hydronic systems.
• Verify performance of electrical heating andrefrigeration subsystems.
• Accurately document and communicate workperformed.
• Create quotes for repairs and upgrades.

Experience Required:

• Must have 10 years commercial serviceexperience with rooftop equipment (from light commercial to boxcars) airflowissues within buildings VAVs VRFs water source heat pumps computer roomscooling towers boilers and hydronic systems .
• Strong operating knowledge and experience withDDC and pneumatic controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprintsschematics and operation manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid knowledgeof all aspects of commercial HVAC.
• Industry certification a plus i.e.Intellipak Liebert VRF etc.
• High standards for customer service.
• Excellent communication skills includingsuccessfully dealing with tenant issues.
• Enthusiastic attitude high energy and a solidteam player.
• Willingness and desire to teach and mentorteam members.

Salary $40 $55 per hour
