Job Description

As an Exit Signage Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales of exit signage solutions within the Mumbai and Western Region. You will play a pivotal role in identifying prospecting and acquiring new clients as well as nurturing existing relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through research networking and cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate the Mumbai market and achieve sales targets.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs providing product demonstrations offering solutions and delivering exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge: Develop an indepth understanding of our exit signage products features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and address their inquiries.
Quoting and Proposal Creation: Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals to clients highlighting product specifications pricing and terms to secure sales agreements.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads opportunities and sales activities in CRM software to ensure timely followups and closure of deals.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the installation usage and maintenance of exit signage products ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in the safety or signage industry.
Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market with existing networks and contacts preferred.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region as required.
