Exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Learning Consultantto support our Software Development and Delivery teamsin The UK. Take a key role in driving success as you design develop and deliver innovative world class product and services training solutions to Hansens customers employees and partners.
- You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working with software as a Learning Consultant with experience designing online learning modules.
- Delivering and compilation of needs assessments gap analysis and post course evaluations.
- Instructional design/development for creating new learning solutions in a technical IT driven market with a technology background or in Software Development and/or Database Management and Administration.
- CTP CTDP of equivalent designations are an asset.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies in the Outcomes Based Educational domain is an asset.
- Work as part of a team in designing appropriate solutions for Hansens Software Delivery and Database Services to advise the business on the best option to suit the learning needs bringing thought leadership on learning (theory models latest thinking).
- Support in development and review of both Instructor Led and eLearning content deliverables by following global best practices content development standards (MSTP) adult learning theories and models and Hansen Software brand standards processes and checklists.
- Timely support updating learning material and AWS based lab environment based on upcoming product releases.
- Design certification exams practical lab tasks and different types of assessment questions by following different theories principles and models of assessment.
