Job Description

BPM Analytics / KPO / ResearchBPO / Call Centre IT ServicesIT Services & Consulting Technology Electronic Components / Semiconductors Electronics Manufacturing Emerging Technologies Hardware & Networking Internet Software Product BFSI Banking Financial Services
  • Responsible for complete Profit and loss of the Mall.
  • Conducting business review meeting and analyzing growth & degrowth of the brands.
  • MIS reviews and Cost Optimization of operating expenses.
  • Responsible for Engineering and maintenance LT & HT Panel WTP Bio Plants Fire Life Safety Security HK control Horticulture Parking Travel Concierge Mall Office Technical Training and Human resource function.
  • Tenant relations Happiness Index Internal Partner surveys.
  • Active coordination with leasing and marketing departments including upwelling and key events.
  • Responsible for all the compliances such as Compliances EHS and Mystery Audit performance etc
  • Budgeting control with variance analysis to enhance the Net Operating Income
  • Crisis and disaster management proficiency.
  • Mall Certifications like Bureau Verities and ICMR for COVID 19 preparedness.
  • Parking Management. Handling corporate affairs and Liasoning profile directly assisting and reporting VP Operations and corporate affair
  • Ensuring manpower at the site is enabled to face challenges by guiding grooming developing and supporting them asand when required.
  • Formulating suitable budgeting controls and Monitoring SLAs & KPIs for firm and outsourced agencies towards effectiveservice deliverance.
  • Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence.
  • Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement submission of invoices and followups for the payments.
  • Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.
  • Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures/ building facilities and services are carried out.
  • Looking after business development part of the mall in terms of new leasing marketing and branding etc.
  • Managing overall mall budget MIS for every quarter and financial year.
  • Managing and dealing in ATL BTL activities.
  • Managing and dealing in Kiosks exhibitions deals.
  • Event dcor and customers engagement activities.
  • Lessoning with retailors / tenants for smooth operation of the mall.
  • Manpower and vendor management.
  • Parking management and revenue collections.
  • New innovations / promotions activities to generate malls overall revenue and footfall.
