Job Title: Senior IT Developer

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Developer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology a strong track record in software development and a desire to lead and mentor a development team we encourage you to apply. You will lead projects collaborate with crossfunctional teams and provide technical expertise to drive successful IT initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles handson coding experience and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the design development and maintenance of software applications ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather and refine project specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers fostering their growth and skills development.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
- Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
- Architect and design software solutions that are scalable reliable and secure.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate software components into larger systems.
- Assist in project planning estimation and risk assessment.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and ceremonies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g. Java Python C# JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with database design and SQL.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g. React Angular Node.js).
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior developers.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
