Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant PTA ProgressiveHealth of Indiana LLC Morganfield KY
We are looking for an energetic and results driven Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapeutic and holistic care for our patients in our Inpatient and Outpatient hospital division.
- Experienced PTAs and new graduates are welcome to apply!This is a wonderful opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in aclinical setting.
- Weekend Rotation every 4th or 5th weekend
- These weekend rotation shifts are shorter in nature as it is an Inpatient checkin and not a full shift.
- This location sees mostly orthopedics back pain cervical pain geriatrics and the occasional pediatric patients.
- This position has the opportunity for parttime or fulltime if youre open to working with our sisterhospital in Henderson KY!

What will you be doing in this role
- Maintaining achievable established productivity standards
- Completing appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulations
- Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries or muscle nerve joint and bone diseases
- Restoring patient function while relieving pain with ambitions of avoiding disability
- Integrating Rehab Techs (support staff) in patient care plan
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant specific to the State of Kentucky
- Associates degree or higher as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Current CPR certification or ability to attain this certification
