Description

Customer Service Representative at Envalior

Join us in our mission to shape the future of highperformance materials! At Envalior we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is committed to providing topnotch service to our customers. You will be an integral part of our team ensuring that orders are received processed and executed efficiently and accurately.

Your role involves not only answering customer inquiries but also proactively managing customer relationships and addressing their needs with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer sales orders ensuring material availability correct pricing and accurate data entry into the ERP system.
  • Monitor and track open orders communicate shipping updates or delays to customers and coordinate with logistics and planning teams as necessary.
  • Handle customer returns replacements and complaints ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including sales product management logistics finance and supply chain management.
  • Maintain and update customer data process credit approvals manage pricing updates and handle vendormanaged inventory orders.
  • Support financial processes including issuing credit/debit memos consignment reconciliation and working with finance teams to manage account balances.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration Commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a complex fastpaced environment.
