UBox part of UHauls dynamic Shipping division is looking for dedicated growthoriented individuals to join us as Shipping Operations Support Intern. This role oversees the clerical organizational and support tasks within UBoxs Shipping department. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining critical data in UHauls and transport partners systems. Schedule: Monday Friday
Duties Include:
Learning the UBox supply chain logistical model.
Interacting with UHaul field personnel via phone and email.
Updating correcting and maintaining shipment data used by UHaul locations.
Efficiently manage billing and shipping data from our transportation partners.
Facilitate billing processes for the UHaul field and carrier network.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word.
Knowledge of Excel a plus.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
Detail oriented and organized.
Confident and independent in decision making.
Great attitude and true professionalism.
