Job Description
Very flexible hours! Referees schedule themselves!
This position requires that you take our Laws of the Game test and score a 90 or better. Additionally you will shadow a referee for six to eight games to become familiar with our systems scoreboards and leagues as well as complete a US Indoor Soccer certification clinic which is held at our Lenexa facility.

- Knowledge of soccer and its rules
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Must have reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification must be obtained within three months of employment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Required to stand walk and run.
- Frequent stooping bending pulling and pushing.
- Ability to occasionally lift carry and/or drag up to fifty pounds 50 pounds if necessary.

- $1620 per game based on experience.

Challenger Sports is the nations leading provider of soccer camps and clinics and were looking to expand our nationwide Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.
What is TinyTykes
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 26. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor social and psychological skills.
What is the Challenger Soccer Academy
Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional yearround coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 18 years old.
