Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Plan and deliver comprehensive biology lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.

2. Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.

3. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies resources and technologies to enhance student understanding.

4. Conduct laboratory experiments demonstrations and investigations to reinforce theoretical concepts.

5. Assess student learning through quizzes tests projects and other forms of assessment.

6. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth and development.

7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and performance.

8. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum share best practices and support interdisciplinary learning.

9. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic concerns.

10. Participate in departmental meetings professional development activities and school events as required.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

1. Bachelors degree in Biology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

2. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.

3. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.

4. Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.

5. Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

7. Proficiency in using educational technology and teaching aids.

8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

9. Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate students.

10. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues students and parents/guardians.
