The North America Stores Regionalization team at Amazon is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Product Manager Tech to lead a project with strategic significance and high exposure within our Regionalization program shaping the future of Amazons regional offer discovery and fulfillment strategy to help customers shop for relevant fast shipping products optimally placed close to them. This role will lead the development of regionallyaware shopping experiences that intelligently tailor product offerings based on customer location. By driving regionallyaware shopping experiences and order fulfillment policies youll enable Amazon stores to improve product delivery speeds expand customer purchase choice and minimize waste from longdistance shipments directly enhancing customer satisfaction while reducing costs. Your work will integrate seamlessly into the Amazon store empowering customers to discover regionally tailored selection based on their location driving improvements to Amazons P&L through significant costtoserve reductions via reduced shipping costs.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with business and technical acumen and a passion to innovate on behalf of customers. The role entails managing crossfunctional communication identifying and mitigating business risks and decomposing ambiguous problems into workable plans. You will lead across multiple teams and partners while owning Regionalization programs across North America Stores. Additionally you will drive 3year planning and strategy documents and partner closely with a dedicated team of scientists and engineers to build your product vision. Work with business leaders scientists engineers and UX designers to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables including the design development testing and deployment of infrastructure services and customer experiences at scale.
Work on a variety of challenging problems that have the potential to significantly impact Amazons business and customer experience.
Manage prioritization and tradeoffs for speed to market performance and features.
Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
Create program goals and related metrics track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve goals.

Bachelors degree
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL Excel and other tools
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Masters degree
5 years of technical product or program management experience
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience with concepts such as system architecture optimization system dynamics system analysis statistical analysis reliability analysis and decision making

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
