Supply Systems Analyst Macdill Air Force Base Tampa FL The Supply Systems Analyst assists the United States Marine Corps Forces Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands by serving within the logistics directorate task area. The positions primary mission involves assisting in the planning and coordination of deployment sustainment and redeployment support for Marine Corps forces assigned or attached to CENTCOM working with units and support agencies worldwide to ensure equipment accountability responsive supply support distribution efforts and monitor both ground and aviation equipment readiness. The Supply Systems Analyst directly supports services for MARCENT G4 including supply systems analysis services such as Marine Corps Ground Supply Logistics Systems programs and internal control procedures to ensure the efficient of MARCENT OAMS tasks both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The Supply Systems Analyst will perform the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide supply systems analysis services. The provided services must include the use of the Marine Corps Ground Supply Logistics Systems programs and internal control procedures to include property control property accounting investigation procedures account adjustments supply requisitioning procurement procedures warehousing and associated Logistics Automated Information Systems (LOGAIS).
- Provide logistical supply support analytical oversight and of organizational level processes and procedures that comply with Marine Corps directives for supply maintenance transportation distribution general equipment accounting and other services that directly affect operational forces.
- Perform system analyses of programs and problems associated with the management of supply and maintenance systems.
- Recommend guidance for new system modifications.
- Coordinate fielding of Table of Equipment (T/E) Principle End Items (PEIs) to include actions pertaining to accountability management disposal and distribution.
- Monitor manages and assists the induction of supply adjustment transaction statuses and reports for accurate accountability of PEIs and supply material. Supply functional area SME on the command Supply Assist Team (SAT). Independently plans and organizes on a regular basis; implements programs policies and procedures; distribution processing and review.
- Assist in the implementation development storage and distribution of a wide variety of supply equipment and material of PEI office supplies SL3 components and Internet Technology (IT) equipment and authorization management concept/procedures.
- Conduct review of programs to determine overall effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws regulations procedures and policies.
- Prepare functional area inspection reports and briefs the final results discrepancies and formal findings of the inspection.
- Monitor manage and assist in the induction of supply adjustment transaction statuses and reports for accurate accountability of PEIs and supply material.
- Monitor and assist in the management and operation of the WAWF DARQ DAI PR Builder ARC Tool GCSSMC and the DPAS.
- Monitor equipment accountability and the daytoday operations of the USMARCENT Supply section in support of the USMARCENT Supply Officer.
- Monitor and manage military warehouse operations knowledge of the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Reutilization and Material Office (DLADRMO) and Transportation Management Office (TMO) procedures or equivalent.
EDUCATION - HS diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE - Minimum ten years of military experience.
- Experience in requisition disposal transportation and warehousing equipment and procedures.
- Background in reviewing supply programs for effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws regulations and policies and preparing functional area inspection reports.
- Proven track record in providing logistical supply support overseeing organizational level processes and ensuring compliance with Marine Corps directives for supply maintenance transportation and distribution.
- Experience in coordinating the fielding of Table of Equipment (T/E) and Principle End Items (PEIs) including accountability management disposal and distribution.

- Strong analytical skills for overseeing and executing supply processes and procedures ensuring compliance with Marine Corps directives and managing supply adjustment transactions.
- Ability to implement develop and manage supply equipment and material storage and distribution including IT equipment and authorization management.
- Skilled in conducting program reviews preparing inspection reports and briefing on results discrepancies and findings.
- Effective coordination of supply fielding accountability and management with experience in warehouse operations and knowledge of DLADRMO and TMO procedures.
- Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word Power Point Excel etc. desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills desired.
WORKING CONDITIONS - Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus.
