Vacancy: SALES / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Guildford GU1
Salary: 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator for our clients successful independent Estate Agency in Guildford.
We need a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator with exceptional selling and negotiation skills.
The perfect candidate will be looking to further their career in Estate Agency with a company that recognises talent offers a supportive environment and great career progression.
You should currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a good understanding of the residential property sales process and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means. Good local knowledge of the Guildford area would be helpful.

Skills required for this Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Listing / Valuations experience beneficial

- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Success in managing a team
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the local Guildford area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
