Mission of the Position
The Customer Success Associate will proactively engage with customers to provide strategic
and tactical guidance to them in order to increase the value they acquire from HealthSetGo suite
of Health services and products. As a Customer Success Associate you should provide timely
support to our customers with good interpersonal and communication skills written & verbal.
We are looking for analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve
customer issues with quick thinking as well as upsell organization products/services.
Job Description
Query Resolution Work with internal crossfunctional teams (product sales presales marketing tech etc.
to ensure customers issues/solutions are addressed.
Ability To Comprehend & Respond To All Customer Queries (Through
Whatsapp/Email/Call) With Immediate Resolution (Real Time) To Ensure Customer
Satisfaction.
Communicates Effectively Oral As Well As Written Ability to recognize the tone and
mood of customers through written and voice communication.
Adaptable & Customer Centric Approach To Situations To Deliver Superior Service
Personalization/ Empathy In Communication.
Ability To Take Independent Decisions & Meet Stringent Deadlines.
Interact directly with Product and Engineering teams to identify areas where we can better
serve our customer base through automation or added features.
Upselling Upsell services and products of the organization upon identifying the need of the
customer.
Meet the turnaround times and targets of the organization.
Qualification Academic Background: Graduate from a good institution.
Functional Skills/Capabilities: Strong Interpersonal Communication & Writing Skills
