Job Description
We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team! If youre someone who enjoys engaging with people problemsolving and providing toptier client service this role is for you.
As the first point of contact for our firm you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive a smooth and professional experience from the moment they call. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly detailoriented and thrives in a clientfocused environment. Prior experience in financial services is a plus but not required were looking for the right person with strong communication skills and a passion for service and a desire to grow.
What Youll Do:
- Answer inbound client calls providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Identify client needs and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and scheduling followups as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and problem resolution.
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills friendly professional and solutionoriented.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or financial services is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
