Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integrating cuttingedge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Junior Training Operations Specialist
Your future role:
Management of Cornerstone (Vantage) system
Answering questions in the Service Now
Creating and managing the training sessions in the system
Preparing online and onsite events in cooperation with Client
Contacting with external providers and venues
Creating reports.
Apply if you have:
Experience in using MS Office (Excel Teams Outlook Vantage Cornerstone)
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proactive approach and selfmotivation with a strong work ethic
An ability to work with various templates reports and HR systems
High level of integrity confidentiality and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to details analytical skills dynamism in action team working skills good work organization.
Nice to have:
Previous experience related to personnel administration including employee documentation and/or labor law regulations from other countries.
