Position Summary: Our team is searching for a driven and energeticFullCycle Recruiter to join our team! We support a family of businesses thatrelies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving healthcareservices at home and in facilities. Responsibilities:
- Fullcycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
- Responsible for rolerelated advertising sourcing recruiting interviewing and offering
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates processes and finetune hiring efforts
- Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
- Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are a musthave
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
- A degree in Communications Psychology or related field is required
- Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal
- Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred
