SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Guildford GU1
OTE: 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator
Would you like to increase your earning potential with an established high performing independent estate agency with several offices in and around Guildford in Surrey
A superb opportunity has arisen for driven hardworking competent Sales Negotiator to join our clients thriving business.
The perfect candidate will be an excellent communicator and have real enthusiasm for property and customer service and be the kind of person who always strives to exceed customers expectations.
You must have a full UK driving license and have your own car.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Significant previous experience in residential estate agency sales
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- High level of customer service
- Great telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Full UK driving license and car owner
